The LED36L1Q33 SciBrite LED chamber is specifically designed for plant growth light quality studies and other experiments requiring specific wavelengths of light. One tier of SciBrite 4-color LEDs (consisting of red, blue, white and far red), each color independently dimmable from 1-100% output with up to 1550 µmoles/m2/s irradiance @ 6". IntellusUltra control system with touchscreen interface. CO2 control and removal with IR sensor ~150 to 5000 ppm. Interior/exterior of smooth white galvanized steel with foamed-in-place non-CFC insulation and a stainless-steel floor. One white epoxy coated steel wire shelf adjustable in ½” increments. Self-contained air-cooled condensing unit with hot gas bypass system for continuous compressor operation extends life, ensuring precise temperature control by alternately cycling refrigerant and hot gas to coil; this also prolongs life of compressor and eliminates risk of ice build up in coil. Firefly Luciferase Assays are one of the leading reporter assays in the world in the measurement of gene function and gene regulation as well as being widely used in pharmaceutical screening. The luciferase assays are sensitive and convenient due to the absence of endogenous luciferase activity in most cell types and tissue. Firefly luciferase is a monomeric 62 kDa protein typically isolated from the firefly, Photinus pyralis, which catalyzes the ATP-dependent D-luciferin in the presence of oxygen and Mg2+ to oxyluciferin to produce a yellow to greenish light (~560 nm).

The IN034 is 32.1 cubic feet a extra wide single door insect rearing chamber. Temperature range is 16°C to 50°C. Optional humidity range ambient to 90 percent. Humidity and lighting options not included. Must be ordered separately. This unit comes with 3 stainless steel shelves. The chamber provides 304 series stainless steel interior and door liner, corrosion-resistant; also a heavy-gauge powder-coated, galvanized steel exterior. The 7 year warranty on cooling components and the ability of our chambers to maintain temperature even if the chamber suffers multiple failures is unmatched by any other refrigeration-based chamber. The ultrasonic humidification system provides excellent humidity control and avoids hot spots seen during chamber mapping of steam boiler equipped chambers. The IN Series chambers utilize less energy than comparable insect rearing chambers.
